Dr Vivek Bhargava (born 24 January 1973) is the Director of National Psychological Corporation. He holds a Master’s degree (M.A.) and a Ph.D. in Psychology. He has served as the Recorder of the Anthropological & Behavioural Sciences Section of the Indian Science Congress, Kolkata, and is the Chairman of the Harprasad Institute of Behavioural Studies (HIBS), Agra. In addition, he serves as a consultant and advisor at Samadhan Kendra, Agra.

Dr. Vivek Bhargava has published around 30 research and theoretical articles and has authored numerous manuals for widely used psychological instruments. He has also developed various instructional materials, including CDs, transparencies, charts, and flashcards for teaching purposes. His test, the Career Preference Record, is particularly well known and widely used. He has written 15 books for undergraduate and postgraduate students, including Handbook of Psychological Experiments and Testing, A Handbook of Resource Centers Laboratories Requirements, Elementary Statistics in Education & Psychology, Education and Learning Through Computer, and Dimensions of Value Education. His works in Hindi include मनोविज्ञान तथा शिक्षा में प्रयोग एवं परिक्षण , शैक्षिक मनोविज्ञान , मनोवैज्ञानिक मापनियाँ , शिक्षा एवं संस्कृति and सामाजिक मनोविज्ञान.
Throughout his career, Dr. Vivek Bhargava has received several prestigious awards and recognitions. These include the Professional Commitment Award 2007 from the Indian Academy for Instructional Planning (AIP), Indore, the Best Book Award 2008 for Shaikshik Manovigyan (Hindi) from the Gujarat Academy of Psychology, Ahmedabad, and the Psychometric Educational Services Award 2008 from the Pondicherry Psychology Association, Puducherry.
He also received the Anand–K. P. Bhagwat Memorial Award for Best Psychological Experiment from IPERA, Patna in 2009, the Bhargava Sabha Vishesh Puruskar 2010 from Akhil Bhartiya Bhargava Sabha, New Delhi, and the Yuva Rashtriya Pratibha Samman 2008 from Akhil Bhartiya Rashtra Bhasha Vikas Sangathan, Ghaziabad. In 2015, he was honoured with the title of सम्पादक रत्न by साहित्य मंडल श्रीनाथद्वारा (राज.).
